Winshear is conducting an inaugural 1,600m drilling program in the Coritiri zone to test for a bedrock source to the alluvial gold in the basin to the north at Madre de Dios. Palamina holds a 15.4% ownership in Winshear Gold Corp. (WINS:TSX.V) and a 2% Net Smelter Return Royalty on the Gaban Project whereby Winshear Gold retains the right to buy back 1% of the NSR for $1,000,000.
Winshear Gold is due Palamina a US$100,000 annual advance royalty payment in September of 2025 under the terms of the property purchase agreement.
